This monster can actually physically hurt you and make your body sick. He’ll rip out your hair and his poison might give you a rash. Like a spreading disease he will creep into your brain and turn order into chaos. We rarely associate stress with something positive which is actually kind of unfair to this handy little guy. When applied in the right amount we can perform better under it and without it, little would get done. The problems begin when we get served an overdose of calamari and a tentacle gets stuck in the throat. Instead of choking, cough up what’s bothering you. Recognise it for a moment and leave it there. Clear your mind and allow yourself to only focus at one calamari at a time. Chew with ease and embrace the flavours. You will soon have finished your plate. You are no use to anybody if you let these guys choke you to death.
