“BATTLING AGGRESSION” (120X100CM) Aggression monster, my best friend and my biggest burden. I think out of all these monsters, I’ve battled this one most. It hasn’t been easy I can tell you, just look at this beautiful beast. He has protected me trough so many bad situations though, no one has ever made me feel more safe. When I’m cornered, scared or deeply frustrated I let him out. The sensation is almost addictive. Nothing is ever so clear as in that moment of pure rage. The only downside is the aftermath. When things are broken and you’ve hurt someone you didn’t mean to harm. Just like the other monsters this one definitely can’t be ignored. When left caged he will attack his container, that’s you. With this much muscle it’s important to work out. Sharks don’t witter away in a tank, they kill the other fish. But what if the other fish are people you love, or your kids. You wouldn’t want them to see you like this, right. Like a shark, your appearance when acting aggressively will hide your feelings inside. It’s the point of the emotion basically but this monster is someone we save for critical situations. Used too often it’s a recipe for getting misunderstood. Sharky here will never leave you, so please feed him when he’s hungry and exercise him with a swim now and then. What I’m saying is choose your battles lovingly.
